Teenage Tantrums

I was recently commissioned by a magazine to do a shoot on photographing teenagers. Not my usual subject, preferring urban landscapes or lush countryside to moody 17 year olds, but I’m always up for challenge, so I took the commission. In the end, the subjects were a joy to work with and after a three hour session over two days, I’m really pleased with the results. Hot air and formation arrows

I headed down to Bristol last weekend for the Balloon Fiesta that takes place each year. It was my first visit to the show and I thoroughly enjoyed the event. I caught one morning launch, two evening ones, a night glow, the Red Arrows display and then a morning shoot from the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The weather was generally good, but a bit cloudy at times, but it’s a well organised event and I’m sure I’ll be going back again. Here’s some of my images from the weekend. Continue reading
